A demo of monster-labs/control_v1p_sd15_qrcode_monster (v2) — a ControlNet for Stable Diffusion 1.5 that hides a working QR code inside a picture.
The Gradio app is already in this repository — see app.py in the Files tab.
It is written for ZeroGPU and ready to run.
Hugging Face requires a PRO subscription, or an account older than 30 days, to host a
Space on GPU. This account has neither yet, so the Space is published as a Static
Space while a community GPU grant is requested. Nothing in the code needs to change when
the grant lands: only the sdk line in the README.
| Input | A URL or any text, plus a prompt describing the picture |
| Output | An image with the QR code painted into it |
| Key control | QR strength — high scans reliably, low looks better |
| Base models | DreamShaper 8 and Stable Diffusion 1.5 |
| Extra | Optional img2img second pass to rescue a code that will not scan |
Anything dense and textured seen from above — a medieval city, a jungle canopy, a mountain range, a cracked mosaic. The model needs somewhere to hide the dark and light squares, and flat scenes give it nowhere to put them.
